Hi,
I want to describe a list of words in the following fashion:
CONCRETE
-Charasteristics: eight-letter; two-syllable etc.
-Connotes: firmness; reliability etc.
or, say
BRILLIANT
-Charasteristics: nine-letter; two-syllable etc.
-Connotes: intelligence; wit etc.
Is 'connotes' the right choice? Or should I use implies, suggests or ?? instead?
