    'What might/could/would that mean'

    Hello.

I was reading a document and saw two pictures at the end of it. Can I say the following,
'When I came across those pictures I wondered what might/could/would they mean'?

I am just trying to think of something less strong than '... I wondered what did they mean'.
    Might
seems good to me in this context, but I am not sure if could and would can be used.
Does that sentence make any sense to you?

    Thanks

    Alex.

"I wondered what they might mean" is fine, "could" is also possible.
