Should I use demand/given and from/on for the following sentences. Thanks :)

    1) I am able to deal with the challenges demand/given by the position that I am applying for.

    2) Is there anything missing from/on your order? or Are we missing anything on/from your order?

    NOT A TEACHER

    1) I'd go for "given", but I prefer either 'I am able to deal with the challenges of the position that I am applying for' or 'I am able to deal with the challenges presented by the position that I am applying for.'

    2) From.

Please wait for a response from someone more knowledgeable than me.

I agree with CS: The challenges of this position.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
