It sounds all right.

My house is not on ground level with the bus stop. Instead, it is below ground level. This being so, it is unsightly from an aesthetic point of view.
Is the part in bold natural?
Thanks.

Why is a house unsightly from an aesthetic point of view simply because it is below ground level and not on a level with a bus stop?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
Where I live, bus stops are on the same level with the houses. And, in my case, the back part of the bus stop is almost in contact with the fence of my house. So imagine people at the bus stop peering down into my house through the fence, adjacent to which is the garden.

In that case, I don't think 'aesthetic' is the word you want. It doesn't look bad (unless you're the householder who sees drawbacks other than aesthetic ones). It's just undesirable on grounds of privacy and security.
