    I'd like to get the difference between using (for example): "I have gone to" and "I went to" ...... I've trouble in using these different grammatical forms. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME, PLAESE?

    Have you tried consulting a grammar book? Alternatively, you could google "present perfect vs. past simple."

    Also, please do not post all the words in capital letters, it's perceived as shouting.

    The difference between simple past and present perfect can take up an entire chapter in a book.

    If you search as CS suggested and have questions about a specific situation, please ask.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
