    People who live on their own savings would find the real value of their savings being eroded by the persistent inflation and ultra-low interest rate.

    Is the two underlined phrases rightly used, should "find" be substituted by "see"?

    They are fine. I wouldn't use the article in front of "persistent inflation, though".
