These two are all translated as "one day before the performance day", but I think it's just before the performance on the right day, so the time limit was made one day earlier. What do you think?

The performance is Tuesday. You can get a refund or you can change the date or time until Monday.

Why did you think that these meant "on the day of the performance"? Be aware that the sentence is broken into:

No later than / the day before the performance.
