What sort of expressions can I use in the situation:

I was so starving. My friend made me a food. It made me not completely full but like half full.

Finally I have some energy to move my body or something like that.

Can I say like "now I feel alive but I'm half full though?

    What is the right expression?

    thanks in advace.

I wouldn't use "Now I feel alive" when all I've done is eat some food. Perhaps "That's given me some energy but I'm probably only half full" or "That gave me some energy but it didn't fill me up completely". There isn't just one correct way of saying it.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
