The country saw a rise in the number of foreign visitors in recent years, but there remains a lack of qualified tour guides to support the sector, according to tourism experts.
In the above sentence, can I use "had a rise" or "obtained a rise" in place of "saw a rise"?
Is there any difference between them?
Thanks for help!
