    Meaning of PERVERSE

    Please explain the meaning of perverse in the context of following sentences:
    1. But as the numbers show, this perverse, feudal brand of politics is being squeezed out of 21st century aspirational India.

    2.She took perverse satisfaction in foiling her plans.

    3. Transform Scotland said this move by ministers, while cutting investment in rail services in the central belt, demonstrated a "perverse set of priorities".
