    Sitting-out Area'

    1. Is this Sitting-out Area' just an area for sitting outside?
    2. Is this "tin huts" made of tin? Not bricks or wood?

    ex)Here, virtually any space is viewed as usable space, no matter how ugly or small. This is a city where a publicly designated 'Recreational Sitting-out Area' may be little more than a sad and lonely bench situated in a gap between two buildings. There are people who live or work in tin huts build on rooftops...
