    neutral piece of writing

Writing: How can I distinguish between a formal letter and a neutral writing?
What are the characteristics of a neutral writing?

    Thanks you very much.

    Best regards

    Re: neutral piece of writing

We don't have a standard model of anything called "neutral writing". Usually, when people post sentences or pieces of writing on this forum, we can give them a rough idea of whether it is formal or informal. Sometimes, it is neither. I suppose that could be deemed "formality-neutral". However, as with everything else, the content and the context will determine the formality of a piece of writing.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: neutral piece of writing

It's political season here, so I thought "neutral" to mean not expressing a viewpoint, but commenting on both sides of an issue equally and fairly.
