Hello,

Would you please tell me how to pronounce "Beth's, Elizabeth's, Keith's books" and "Cliff's, Jeff's, Clive's books" for example ?

Is it : "beƟs, ɪlɪzəbəƟs, ki:Ɵs; clifs, dʒɛfs, klaivz" ?
or : "beƟizs, ɪlɪzəbəƟizs, ki:Ɵiz, klaiviz" ?

Thank you for your help.

There is no need to add an extra syllable. Simply say the name and then make the sibilant sound "s" or the sound "z" as appropriate.
