    Question Hypnotic

    "She is so hypnotic."
    What does that mean?
In what background can I use this phrase?
    Appreciate your help.

    Re: Hypnotic

It depends on the context- without more information, I was assume that she is fascinating and draws our undivided attention. It could be used for a performance, or a great speaker, or beauty, etc.
