    Grammar problems

    Many rich people are crowded in Gang Nam which is well-known as Beverly Hills of Korea, and many students there often got good grades and went to a lot of good university. It means that a university in Korea can get lots of greatstudents through their competition, and that will be an important factor thatcause each countries to grow up national competitiveness.

    You might want to consider something like:

    Many wealthy people live in Gang Nam, which is known as the Beverly Hills of South Korea. Their children are top students, who help raise the academic standards of the universities that they attend. This factor will aid Korean competitiveness in the global economy.
