Hello I need help with checking my poem, I did it but I don't know if it is correct, can you please check it and tell me what I need to improve.

Sunset over the sea
Dolphins just here
And the sun set slowly in
I save it into my hands so I can be warm
Looking at the reflection of the bright star
My imagination flies

Warm peaceful sunset
Of orange color over me
I keep on thinking about you and me
Watching the big red star
Bright on your eyes

Hoping that the red ballon will never leave
And keep it until you are here
Knowing that now without you
It's a long time that I won't see you
Let my sunset fly
As time passes by

I wish you could be here
Sharing this sunset with me
Letting this day end
Watching our sun getting out of our hands

It's a poem so grammar isn't really an issue. I can't find any spelling or punctuation errors in it so, as far as I'm concerned, it's fine.
