    I guess you could post it in the "Editing & Writing Topics" part of the forum; you are more likely to get help there. If it is a very long dissertation, however, you may want to post it divided into smaller parts (start a different thread for each part).

    We're a language discussion forum and not a free proofreading service. However, some people do proofread and correct some texts. You could try posting it here: Editing & Writing Topics. Dissertations are specialist texts, so you might be better advised to take it to a proofreader that specialises in your area and pay the fee.
