Unlike to the samples made at 100˚C

Unlike to the samples made at 100˚C, only carbon impurity is shown at 150 ˚C and this causes the highest conductivity.

This is the scientific sentence and I would like to know if this sentence is right or wrong.

IF not, please make a correction for me.

    Thank You.

I doubt that "only" carbon impurity is shown at 150 C. He probably means that carbon impurity is only seen at 150 C.

Or even that it is seen only at 150 C.
