Hello,

The girl who is happy with her exam results in smiling.

We can reduce the relative clause like this:

The girl happy with her exam results in smiling.

Also can we reduce the relative clause as the following sentence with 'being'?

The girl being happy with her exam results in smiling.

Thanks.

The girl who is happy with her exam results in smiling.
This makes no sense, unless she was examined in smiling. Do you mean 'is smiling'?

Sorry. I would be 'is smilling'.

The girl being happy with her exam results is smiling.

Sorry. I would be 'is smilling'.

The girl being happy with her exam results is smiling.

If correctly punctuated, as follows,

The girl, being happy with her exam results, is smiling.

it would be acceptable, but markedly different from your original sentence, since the participiall phrase here would mean 'because she was happy...'.
