Welcome to the forum, Melissa. :hi:

Time is more valuable, when you share it with someone.
Time is worth[STRIKE]y[/STRIKE] more, when you share it with someone.

Remember to start all sentences with a capital letter. I think that these sentences read better without commas.

Time is worthy more, when you share it with someone.

Thank you!:-D

Remember to start every sentence with a capital letter.

Sentence 1 - Remove the comma and it's OK although I'm not sure I agree with the sentiment.
Sentence 2 - No. We say that something is "worth more", not "worthy more". Again, the comma is unnecessary.

Thank you [STRIKE]:-D[/STRIKE] for your corrections. :-D

Always capitalise the first letter of a sentence.
Smilies, if you use them, go far better at the end of a sentence.
