Holleywood is the city, where most American movies are made.

This is a question of a grammar book, which says only 1 is possible, but if provided with more context, wouldn't 2 be also possible?

1.Hollywood is the city where most American movies are made.
2.Holeywood is the city, where most American movies are made.

2.I know a very nice city for movie makers. Hollywood is the city, where most American movies are made.

The point is, keannu, the question in your book relates to the two sentences as they are.

Please take more care, keannu. There's no excuse for misspelling 'Hollywood' twice.
