1) How did you get along in your exam?
2) How did you make out on your exam?
3) How did your exam go?

My questions are:
Do they mean the same?
Are they all possible to ask someone about the results of the exam?
Are they all commonly used or is there one in particular that in English is used more commonly?
Are there any other verbs or phrases to say to ask about something (not only an exam) has gone?

Thanks you all for your answers.

***** NOT A TEACHER *****

#2 and #3 sound OK to me, though I would probably use "in" instead of "on" in #2.

#1 doesn't work for me, but let's see if there are other opinions.

You could also say 'How did you do in your exams?'

In the US, I would expect to hear "test", or, "examination". but "exam" would be understandable. All of your examples have about the same meaning.

There are a number of ways to ask about things. Here are a very few possibilities:
How did it go?
How did you do on the test?
How did it turn out?
Did everything work out?
Did you pass the test?

Informal:
Did everything work out OK?
Is everything OK?
So...did you ace the test? (To "ace" something is to do well. The ace is the highest value card in a poker deck and the reference to "ace" here is about being the highest or the best.)
What's up?

Even more informal:
What it is?
How you doing? (Note the omission of "are")
What's the skinny? (Somewhat dated, but still in use)

1) How did you get along in your exam? Possible but not usual in AmE.
2) How did you make out on your exam? OK
3) How did your exam go? OK
4) How was your exam/party/meeting/holiday/vacation etc.?

My questions are:
Do they mean the same? Yes.
Are they all possible to ask someone about the results of the exam? Yes.
Are they all commonly used or is there one in particular that in English is used more commonly? Equally among 2), 3), and 4) in AmE.
Are there any other verbs or phrases to say to ask about something (not only an exam) has gone? The "somethings" in 4) could be used in 2) and 3) also.

Thanks you all for your answers.
