    Please allocate some free/spare.

    1) Please allocate some free/spare to walk from your office to the parking lot which is located five blocks away.

    2) I usually buy more parking time than I would need.

    3) I usually buy 15 minutes of extra/spare parking time, just in case if I won't be able to get there on time.

    * Are the sentences written correctly? Hope somebody will help me. Thanks

That's how I would phrase them.
I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....
