    Question reproductive organs (children's language)

In British English, which words would one use for penis, testicles and vagina when talking to smaller children?

Ignoring families who, because of their conviction or tradition, are over-average reluctant on the one hand, or insist on using the scientific terms on the other, are there differences between, say, "upper-crust English" and middle-class usage?

In your profile you say that your native language is British English. Is that true?

I can't speak for anybody else, but in our family we used the words penis, testicles and vagina from the start. Both my wife and I were teachers; most would consider us middle class.

I grew up mostly abroad, and so, for what it's worth, mostly out of the class system. (Which I don't want to discuss here as such anyway.)
