    advice for/ to

    Which is correct:
1-He gave me advice for staying healthy.

2-He gave me advice to stay healthy.

The advice is supposed to help me stay healthy.

    Gratefully,
    Navi.

Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
