we donít have that we really want

The noun is described by two relative clauses like "we don't have" and "that we really want".
Can we switch the position of "that" to "something that we don't have we really want"? And why can't we just say "something we don't have and (we) really want"?

mo25)One secret to being happy is to learn to be content with who we are and what we have. If there is something about ourselves that we donít like, then we shouldchange what we donít like and make ourselves better people. If there is something we donít have that we really want, then we should work, save, and get it.

Yes, "something we don't have and (we) really want" would be perfectly acceptable and identical in meaning.

What about placing "that" to "something that we don't have we really want"?
