I would like to know whether the sentence "6 days tour/trip" correct or should it be "6 day tour/trip".

When we use a period of time to describe something, we lose the plural "s" and we also hyphenate the period of time.

The tour will last six days.
It is a six-day tour.

The film lasts three hours.
It's a three-hour film.
