Is there a meaning difference between them? Thank you so much as usual and have a good day.

As usual, sky, it depends on the context.

Why don't you give us a sentence specifying what 'it' is and who 'they' are?

Thank you so much and I just made it by myself and how about this, "English is used by / among Americans and the English"? So your point is that by or among can be used in the same situation for the same meaning or not much difference in meaning?

Change 'Englishes' to 'the English' or 'English people' and there's not much difference in this context.
