I wonder if "one death scuffle" makes sence here - "I suppose something much more evil than this one death scuffle is impending, isn’t it?" I'm also not sure whether I used correctly the words "scuffle" and "impending".

Thanks in advance!

Well. I suppose the use of "scuffle" and "impending" is fine. But the sentence is correct only if "one" is dropped.

But if I omit "one" the sense will be different. By "one death scuffle" I mean "a scuffle in which only one person has been killed". Can I express this thought in some other way then?

I see. You mean something like a duel where the fight ends with the death of the other. right?
In that case go for "one-death scuffle".

I don't fully agree with Man_From_India. It could work if you used one-death scuffle. However, it's not a phrase that does much for me. How about:

I suppose something much more evil than this scuffle that cause/has caused one death
