This is a part of lyrics and I was wondering if "waits for you now" is okay? I think that "Everyone is waiting for you now" is grammatically correct. Or is there a reason? What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much as usual and have a good day.

It's fine, it means that, for some reason, you have become the sort of person that people wait for.

Thank you so much and I am with you, but because of the 'now' in the sentence, I feel like it should be 'is waiting...' What do you think? Thank you so much again.

Another explanation is that song lyrics regularly fit the words into the rhythm and the rhyme, and don't worry about grammatical issues.
