Do you have any question? VS. Do you have any questions?

Can I say either one at the end of classes for the same meaning or is there a reason saying singular one or plural one or is there any nuance between them?

Thank you so much as usual and have a good and safe day wherever you are.

'Do you have a question?' is what you might hear when a single person is being invited to ask a single question.

In your context 'Do you have any questions?' is appropriate.

Thank you so much and someone says that any singular form ( any question ) has a more emphasis than any plural form ( any questions ) but they mean the same. Do you agree with this? Thank you so much as usual.
