Cambridge Grammar In Use book and Speaking activities to go with it

I'm looking for speaking activities to go with the Cambridge book Grammar In Use (the Intermediate/Upp Int level best selling grammar book). I'm wondering if you know any speaking books that I can use. I have a private student who wants to use this books and have speaking activities based on the contents of the books.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

When I was forced to use Grammar In Use by the student's strong preference, I made my own - sorry, I kept very few records.
