    of you get my meaning

    If the men don't like the persona the women perpetuates, then they would decide to deceive and leave, of you get my meaning.

    I understand the rest of the sentence but not the last "of you" part.

    My American friend wrote this. I think it could be typo because "o" and "i" are next to each other in keyboard. She may have meant "if and not of". Anyway, I just want to clarify, is there any structure like this or is it just just a typo?

    It's a typo for "if". Your friend also made an error in verb agreement by saying "the persona the women perpetuates​".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
