two other questions vs. another two questions

What's the difference between two other questions and another two questions? The following is a multiple question I came across the other day.
    .
When there was only 5 minutes until the exam ended, I still have ________ questions to finish.

    A. two other B. two another C. more two D. another two
The key opts for D,but I couldn't understand why A isn't appropriate here.So I was wondering whether anyone could help me with that. Thank you.

A and D are both possible, if you change "have" to "had". Otherwise the whole question is wrong. It's a bad test question.
