I think that it's a passive sentence so (By) is used for agents and (with) for means ? It should be WITH, shouldn't it??

* Some opponents claim that these don't give more information about products) or (it's claimed that these didn't give more information about products) it's reported speech so Present should be changed to past simple?

It doesn't have to be if the situation reported still applies.

- End every sentence with a single punctuation mark.
- Do not type all in capitals for no reason.
