    What has done is done.
    What is done has done.

Neither is correct. "What has been done is done" is possible, but the natural phrase for what I think you are saying is "What's done is done", meaning that past actions can't be changed, we live with the consequences and move on.

Yes, I was searching for "What's done is done" but please clarify that its mean 1, What is done is done or what has done is done?

As I said, "What has done is done" is not correct English. I have also given you the meaning of "What's done is done".

Re: What Has Done Is Done

In that phrase, "What's" is a contraction of "What is".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
