Hello, please answer to the question. Is it popular to use this word "thrice" nowadays? If I have made a mistake please correct it.

'Thrice' is rarely used these days.

The only time I hear it these days is when someone quotes the marvellous Frankie Howerd's "Nay, nay and thrice nay" (which, I should point out, was written by Shakespeare).

It's quite common in Indian/South Asian English.
