    Question Use of comma

    Hi,

Is it customary to place a comma after the word "and" in a sentence?

Ex. It was reported that there was “partying, drinking, and very loud slamming of doors” originating from your unit.

    Thank you.

    Thank you.
I suppose you mean before "and". Some people do and some people don't. Have a look here: Serial comma - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
