1) I was told that I have passed the exam over the phone. Can you please provide me a statement of the conversation that we had.

2) I ordered the food with or through the server.

3) My brother and I had a bet on competiting against each other on penalty kick, based on five. The winner will get a new pair of shoes.

Do the above sentences make any sense? Are they constructed correctly? Please advise.

1 is fine.
2 would be "I ordered food from the waiter/waitress" in BrE.
3 My brother and I had a bet. We took penalty kicks and the first one of us to score three times won a new pair of shoes.
