Can I say 'as to' instead of 'about' all the time or are there some cases where they are interchangeable? I am sorry about not giving you context and examples, but I just would like to hear how you native English speakers use them. Thank you so much as usual and have a good and safe day.

You can generally not use 'as to' instead of 'about' .
