    WHO or WHOM?

    On 2.9.2011, the Claimant received a letter from the C.S.O of XXX Sdn Bhd, Mr Ibrahim , whom asked him to report on duty at London on the next day.

    Or

    On 2.9.2011, the Claimant received a letter from the C.S.O of XXX Sdn Bhd, Mr Ibrahim , who asked him to report on duty at London on the next day.

    Which one is the correct one?
