    Continuous Infinitive VS Gerund

Please explain me what is the differences between this two sentences?:
"she does not want to be working here''. And the second one: ''She does not want to work here'' Thank You.

They are not sentences, they lack correct captalisation and/or punctuation.

Use "Explain to me", we don't say "Explain me".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

The second one is not natural.
