Which one is correct?
a) a few hundreds
b) a few hundred
c) hundreds

B and C both fit.

Does B and C both mean the same thing? Would a person assume B is more than C because B has the words "a few"?

There is no way of telling how many they mean. For me "a few hundred" would probably mean 300-900. "Hundreds" could be 200-900. I would be more likely to use "a couple of hundred" to mean 200 but that doesn't mean everyone would.

You are completely correct! I didn't see it there at all and thought C said "hundreds of".

Goodstudent, please disregard my previous answer. Only C is correct.
