I'm having a lot of trouble finding a job. I only have a TEFL certificate (no BA) and have looked into volunteering to get some experience but can't find any affordable programs (under $1000 for the actual program). If you have any job or voulteer programs suggestions then please let me know.

Have a look here for some job opportunities. Some will take you with no experience. Some won't. Some will take you with no degree. Some won't. I worked for 18 months in Spain with a TEFL, no experience and no degree.

I think when he wrote "here" he meant this forum/website.

Oh, my mistake. Is i-to-i safe? Some of the jobs posted there seem to good to be true. Maybe I should learn to be more trusting, it's just I don't want to end up in China with no money and no way to get home.

The golden rule of teaching abroad is always to have your fare home. If you don't, you are at the mercy of unscrupulous bosses, so make sure you have that before you go.

I wouldn't be more trusting- always check places out as carefully as you can first. There are a lot of horror stories, so be careful, but there are plenty of good and OK jobs out there.
