Suwon is known for its castle

Which do you think don't make sense? I think 2 and 4 don't as "be known for" should be followed by a reason, while "be known as", a title or a nickname.
*filial piety refers to children's good deed for their parents. This comes from a King's deed.

    1. Suwon is known for its castle.
    2. Suwon is known as its castle.
    3. Suwon is known as the city of filial piety.
    4. Suwon is known for the city of filial piety.
