    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees

    This might be only a common sense problem. Does "325 degrees" refer to Celcius or Fahrenheit? The related text shows celcius, but if it's celcius, isn't it too hot or burning?

    Fahrenheit. 325 F is a common baking temperature. 325 C is not.
