Is this use of the word "likewise" as an adjunctive adverb correct?

She sings beautifully; likewise, she draws.

The adverb "likewise" is not natural there.

I posted an example in the original post. I tried but I failed. I am trying to understand how that word is used.
I went over the forum guidelines, and I found no problem in asking for an example for the sake of understanding.
