    Question correction

    hello
    please help me to correct this sentence with explanation

    # I am selling toys but they are not being sold.
    or
    they are not being purchased.


    what alternate should be used.

    # I am breaking a vase but it is not being broken.(result)

    confusion is that in first sentence i am breaking but in second i am not breaking
