Are 'Unless', 'As long as' , 'Providing/provided that' and 'In case' all used only with First 'if conditional'?

Must I use 'that' after 'Providing and provided' ?

(e.g) I will go to the school providing you want my assistance.

Thanks in advance.

'In case' does not introduce a conditional clause. The others can be used in zero conditionals.

For 'Providing and provided' [STRIKE]I[/STRIKE] must I use 'that' after them or [STRIKE]they[/STRIKE] can they be used without 'that'?
They can be used without 'that', though we tend to use 'that' in more formal writing.
Please separate words you are talking about from your main questions by using inverted commas, as above, or italic font.

Try to use normal question word order rather than just placing a question mark at the end of a statement.

Done. I'm so sorry for not being accurate in my questions.

What's your opinion regarding my question?

Ohhh! I'm so sorry I have been studying for 8 hours, so I didn't pay attention to it!
