    In my opinion, this would be more natural:

    I am not on the mood for watching TV, and I don't have time anyway.

    I'm not in the mood to watch a movie/film, nor do I have the time.
    I'm not in the mood for a movie/film, and I haven't got the time anyway.

    You can mix and match the halves of those two.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
